Nick Allica
PRESIDENT
Nick is taking on the Presidency role for the 2024 season, supporting Nathan’s plan to travel. He is excited to support the club, growing both the boys and girls teams.
He has been involved as a coach with the girls teams at the club over a number of years and his daughters Daisy, Jess & Frankie all play at the club.
Nick is a Fremantle supporter, although hopes Murrumbeena will be far more successful. He also enjoys being involved within the community and spending time with family.
-
Nathan Byrne
VICE PRESIDENT & REGISTRAR
Nathan, Cathy, Jack, Henry and Teddy joined the MJFC in 2021 when the twin tornadoes started in Under 8's.
After 1 year as President in 2023, Nathan has passed the baton to Nick and is super excited to be part of another fun year at Beena Arena.
Like all good Geelong folk, Nathan is a Cats supporter and when not involved in junior footy, the Byrne crew like to escape in their caravan for both on and off-grid adventures.
-
Gillian Fitzpatrick

In 2017, Chloe played for the Murrumbeena Footy Club's women's 2017 premiership side and loves being involved in local footy in every way, shape and form.
When not at Beena, Chloe is supporting the mighty Richmond Tigers, and is looking forward to a big season of footy with both clubs!

Jim Kato
COACHING COORDINATOR
Jim has been actively engaged with the MJFC for the last 5 years, chasing his two boys from Auskick through to Under 12’s (and counting).
Passionate about our coaching philosophy which is focused on having fun, equal game time and inclusiveness, Jim is looking forward to supporting some of the best parent coaches in the league.
As well as being a Tiger’s man, Jim loves his international sports and is an avid supporter of Arsenal, Miami Heat & the Dolphins. He enjoys nothing more than chasing a little white ball around 18 holes and the ice cold beverage that awaits at the 19th!
-
Peter Milus
TREASURER
Peter Milus joined the MJFC committee as Treasurer of the club in 2020 and has been part of the MJFC community since his oldest son Oliver started Auskick in 2016.
His youngest son Maxwell is also now a proud player for the club and, while the household is divided between the Saints and the Hawks, everyone equally shares the passion for footy and MJFC! Outside footy, Peter is actively involved in junior basketball with both of his sons (again divided between 2 clubs to make things interesting!) and with, any free time left over, actively chasing beach and snow activities across the year.
-
Matthew Nation
SPONSORSHIP MANAGER
Matt is new to the club with his eldest daughter Sophie joining the Lionesses midway through 2023.
He is excited to be part of the club and loves the energy and environment that has been created at MJFC.
Having lived in the area for more than 15 years, he looks forward to spending time with some old friends and building sponsorship and support for the club.
-
Scott Baker-Smith
TEAM MANAGER COORDINATOR
Scott has been involved in local footy for some years, starting when his kids joined Auskick.
He then became involved when his oldest son joined the U/8's for Murrumbeena and joined the committee of MJFC in season '23.
When not assisting where he can in local footy, Scott has undertaken Team Manager responsibilities for his son's U/11 cricket team, whilst also assisting with local cricket Blaster programmes.
Scott is now considered a long-suffering Bombers supporter, just hoping that his children get to see Essendon return to their once-former glory.
-
Lee Brown
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Lee has been involved with the Beena community since his son Jack started playing U8s in 2021.
The community feel of MJFC instantly reminded Lee of the small country town football club he grew up with. He is excited his family will get to experience this sense of community with MJFC.
Living across the road from the oval, Lee is looking forward to managing the fantastic new facilities.
-
Kevin Holden
INCIDENT, COMPLIANCE & CHILD SAFETY OFFICER
Kevin Holden first got involved in the MJFC back in 2018 as a coach via Auskick and this has continued into 2024.
His partner Chelsea, super mum to their 3 boys Raff, Lenny and Myles, all love their sport including footy, as well as the Murrumbeena community and the friends they have made. Both Raff and Lenny will be playing for the MJFC in 2024.
2023 was Kevin’s first year on the committee. In his spare time, he loves going surfing, snowboarding or hiking. Feel free to say hello over a beer or soft drink.
-
Paul D’Aulerio
TRAINER COORDINATOR
Paul has been a member of the Beena community since 2014 from when his son Kadyn started Auskick.
Over the years, Paul has been involved in the MJFC as an assistant coach and more recently as the club’s Trainer Coordinator.
Paul is a sports tragic and his three club loves of Carlton, Jazz and Renegades are all going through a rough patch but he is hopeful there are better days ahead.
He's looking forward to seeing some new and old faces and families down at the club at their schmick new stadium.
-
Sally Brady

Sally grew up in country Victoria on a dairy farm and played all her junior and senior netball with the Dalyston Football Netball Club therefore always has loved community clubs and canteen food.

-
Campbell Thomas
TEAM KITS MANAGER
Campbell (Cam) has a passion for seeing the club thrive as a place where our community can connect through footy.
Cam has previously volunteered as Auskick coach, surviving all that the kinder kids can muster. He is now looking forward to his sons, Myles and Spencer playing in U11s and U17's this year.
Known for his prowess with tongs in hand, Cam is also often seen helping out with a sausage sizzle at club events.
-
Catherine Byrne
MERCHANDISING MANAGER
Cathy first got involved with the MJFC in 2021 when her twins started playing in the U8s. As a mum of three active boys, she has accepted that all her weekends will be dedicated entirely to kids’ sports and what better way to experience that than as part of the fabulous Beena community.
Cathy’s role as Merchandising Manager brings her love of retail together with her love of details and organisation. Expert multi-tasker and self-confessed neat freak, she is never more in her element than making to-do lists and getting things done.
Partial to a vodka soda, coffee catch-ups and quality time with family and friends, you will find Cathy loudly cheering on from the sidelines at Beena arena, in the merch shed (Dymo in hand) or walking the family dog Lucy around our local parks.
